Laura Kaufman

Laura Kaufman is an alumni of Miller Marley School of Dance and Voice, having trained there in all styles for 13 years. Following her training in Overland Park, Laura went on to get a BFA in Dance at the University of Arizona where she performered many principal roles in works by George Balanchine, Ann Reinking, Sam Watson, Martha Graham, Michael Tevlin, Melissa Lowe, Jory Hancock and more.

Laura danced with City Ballet of San Diego for a season followed by Odyssey Dance Theatre in Salt Lake City for 3 seasons. While at Odyssey, Laura danced many principal roles and did 2 international tours.

Most recently, Laura just completed the First National Tour of the Tony award winning Broadway show, An American in Paris. Laura continues to pursue her career in dance and musical theatre, and credits Miller Marley with much of her success!

She is thrilled to be back teaching at the place that instilled so much passion in her from a very young age.
